As a high-tech enterprise deeply engaged in the optical communications components industry, ORTE Photonics has always regarded talent development as a cornerstone for driving industrial progress. On July 14, 2026, a delegation of faculty and students from the Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering program at South China Normal University (SCNU) visited our facility for an on-site study and exchange session.
During the visit, our in-house mentors guided the students through a comprehensive program covering theoretical briefings, showroom exhibitions, and production line walkthroughs. They systematically explained the manufacturing processes, device innovation logic, and market application scenarios of our core products, bridging the gap between classroom theory and industrial practice. Drawing on their own career experiences, our mentors also offered tangible insights into the industry landscape and practical career guidance. In response to the students' questions, our technical experts provided detailed answers, offering real-world feedback from the demand side to inform future talent cultivation in academic institutions.

This exchange not only gave the students a vivid glimpse into the real-world optoelectronics industry but also provided us with a valuable opportunity to better understand the mindsets of the next generation of technical talent and optimize our talent acquisition strategies.
ORTE Photonics remains steadfast in its commitment to nurturing young professionals and fostering industry-academia collaborative innovation. Looking ahead, we will continue to expand multi-dimensional partnerships with universities, establish a long-term mechanism for practical talent development, and build a strong pipeline of future leaders for the optical communications field.
