ORTE Photonics Successfully Completes Strategic Planning and Organizational Capability Enhancement Project

On June 12, 2026, ORTE Photonics, in collaboration with Best Consulting, held the closing ceremony for its Strategic Planning and Organizational Capability Enhancement Project. All members of management, core team leaders, and the Best consulting team attended the event, marking the successful completion of the 208-day management upgrade initiative.


The project was officially launched on November 17, 2025, and encompassed 12 core modules, including comprehensive diagnostics, strategic co-creation, organizational restructuring, dual-track career system development, and performance and compensation framework design. The initiative has helped ORTE break through management bottlenecks, build an adaptive operational system, clarify long-term strategic direction, and unite the entire team around a shared vision for transformation—greatly boosting team morale and confidence.

During the ceremony, Mr. Liu Bo from Best Consulting systematically reviewed the project lifecycle, breaking down the outcomes across three main pillars: strategic planning, organizational architecture, dual-track career pathways, and performance incentives. The team defined ORTE's mission—"Exploring the future through optical technology"—and its vision—"Focusing on customer value creation, becoming the global leader in professional optical component solutions"—while establishing the "611" core strategy. In parallel, a tiered operational management mechanism was implemented, featuring monthly operational reviews, special project meetings, differentiated performance ratings, and incentive programs tied to operational results. This approach replaces the traditional "equal-pay-for-all" model with a contribution-based value distribution system.


Six employees from R&D, marketing, strategic operations, and project teams shared their implementation experiences and insights. They noted that through systematic strategic co-creation, they have shifted from "heads-down execution" to "vision-driven planning," with clearer departmental responsibilities, R&D roadmaps, customer segmentation, and talent development pathways, alongside significantly improved cross-functional collaboration. Ms. Deng from Best Consulting delivered a special presentation on corporate transformation in the AI era, encouraging all employees to embrace digital tools and build a workforce of "super individuals" capable of deep thinking and precise judgment.


In his concluding remarks, senior management representative Mr. Du highly praised the project outcomes, emphasizing that project closure is not the end but rather the starting point for strategy execution. He called on all employees to continuously refine the business-leading management model, persist in learning and iteration, seize industry growth opportunities, and drive ORTE's transition from opportunity-driven to strategy-driven growth, achieving high-quality leapfrog development.


To conclude the ceremony, ORTE's management presented Best Consulting with the "Outstanding Strategic Partner" award trophy and a letter of appreciation in recognition of their 208 days of dedicated professional support and empowerment. All attendees gathered for a group photo to commemorate the occasion. The team unanimously committed to fully implementing the strategic roadmap, operational plans, and organizational and HR policies developed during the project, with monthly tracking and follow-up, ensuring unified focus and collective effort to achieve the company's mid- and long-term strategic goals.
