ORTE Technology Center recently organized an enriching team-building hiking activity at Baishuizhai, centered around the theme “Together We Summit, Strengthened by the Mountain; Together We Innovate, Breaking New Ground.” This thoughtfully planned event created a powerful parallel between mountain climbing and technological innovation, blending physical challenge with professional inspiration.
The journey began with team members gearing up and setting off along the scenic mountain trails. Throughout the climb, colleagues offered constant encouragement and support—some naturally athletic members led the way and motivated others, while many walked side-by-side, helping each other conquer steep and challenging sections. The sounds of laughter and mutual cheering filled the mountain air.
Confronted with winding paths and physical tests, the team demonstrated the same resilience and determination that defines their daily R&D work. Upon finally reaching the summit, many shared insightful reflections: “The steep climb is just like a technical bottleneck—it can only be overcome through unity,” and “The joy of summiting is just like the thrill of achieving a technological breakthrough.”
Beyond being an excellent opportunity for relaxation and physical exercise, the hike served as a powerful metaphor for the company's mission. It translated the spirit of perseverance, collaboration, and breakthrough into renewed motivation for technological development. Participants left energized, expressing commitment to carrying the core belief of “expanding technological frontiers through innovation” into their work—helping to drive ORTE and its vision forward with elevated passion and purpose.
