In order to improve the professional skills of employees and stimulate the spirit of innovation, we successfully held the 19th Skill Competition at ORTE from August 12 to October 29.
Leader’s Delivering Speech
A total of 368 employees signed up for the competition. We set up 22 competition items, including 5 group items and 17 individual items. The competition covered production operations, equipment maintenance, quality control and other aspects, and comprehensively examined the comprehensive skill level of employees.After more than two months of intense and orderly competition, the company finally selected 37 first prizes, 33 second prizes, 19 third prizes, and 3 outstanding judges awards. A total of 89 employees won awards.
